The International Coaching Federation (ICF) identifies Mentoring as “professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.” With our program’s format, you receive the assistance necessary to achieve and demonstrate the level of coaching competency expected by the ICF for credentialing.
Our collaborative environment is aimed at promoting excellence using coaching and positive, constructive feedback in collaborative and appreciative structured group sessions based on review of pre-recorded coaching sessions and transcripts. Similarly, the live sessions aim to increase individual growth and coaching capability based on ICF Core Competencies.
Learning Approach
This course will identify the ICF Core Competencies and rating levels adapted from the minimum skills requirements for each credential level, including what will and what will not receive a passing score criteria.
In the first three group sessions we will listen to recordings and review transcripts to identify these markers. The remaining four group sessions involve live coaching and coaching assessments among the participants.
In individual sessions our focus will shift to meeting your competency requirements in one-on-one reviews of your recordings and transcripts to identify areas for development ahead of the ACC/PCC Core Knowledge Exam, Certification, or Re-certification.
Each mentor program will include:
-
7 hours of group mentor coaching
-
3 hours of one-on-one mentor coaching
-
Completion of 3 recordings and transcripts with critiques compared to ICF PCC markers
-
Completion of a minimum of 10 coaching critiques
We hope you can join us for this educational and professional,
credential-enhancing program.
